How to Convert Moto G into GPE Lollipop 5.0.1 Install Android 5.0 On Moto G 2013 First Gen!!!

Follow this steps man, If you are in brazilian firmware

with lollipop Or any other firmware:

1]  Download the lollipop folder and extract it on c drive.

2]  Download the GPE 4.4.4 Firmware And extract it on Lollipop Folder.

3]  Boot your phone in bootloader mode. Vol-, power button. Then plug your phone.

4]  Now, if you are in Android 5.0 brazil firmware, run BRAZILIAN 5 TO 4.4.4 GPE.BAT

4b] If you are on any KK Firmware, Run ANY FIRMWARE TO 4.4.4 GPE.BAT

5]  Reboot phone. Wait to start it and configure it.

6]  Now put your 5.0.1 GPE OTA on the lollipop folder. BUT NOT EXTRACT IT, JUST PUT        THE ZIP. ALSO DONT RENAME THIS ZIP.

7]  Reboot into recovery stock mode

         TO ENTER THIS MENU, JUST REBOOT INTO BOOTLOADER MODE VOL- & POWER MENU . SELECT RECOVERY IN THE MENU OPTIONS. WAIT UNTIL DEAD ANDROID APPEARS. AFTER THAT HOLD VOL+ FOR 15 SECONDS, THEN TAP POWER BUTTON- KEEP HOLDING THE VOL+ BUTTON. A MENU WILL APPEAR. AFTER THAT YOU CAN PROCCEDURE WITH OTHER STEPS . PD. YOU CANT USE ANOTHER RECOVERY. ONLY STOCK!!!

  8]  Select Install Update via ADB.

  9]  Again, go to lollipop folder and run SIDELOAD LOLLIPOP.bat.

10]  Wait few minutes. Once instalation is finished, unplug your phone.

11]  Only for INDIAN VERSIONS - If you dont get any network Plug in your phone again in          bootloader mode to Pc and run the Bat file inside Xt1033 folder that says Network fix.

a] IF YOU WANT TO ROOT:


Root: Download zip, Extract it. Turn on fastboot mode and

execute root-windows.bat

Bootloader menu: Recovery Hold Power menu for 5 seconds

then tap Vol+.

c] HOW TO FACTORY RESET:


Boot your phone in fastboot mode. Open a command window 'SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK' And type:

mfastboot erase userdata

mfastboot erase cache
